 𝑵𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑨𝑳 𝑨𝑺𝑺𝑶𝑪𝑰𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 𝑶𝑭 𝑴𝑨𝑺𝑺 𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑴𝑼𝑵𝑰𝑪𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 𝑺𝑻𝑼𝑫𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑺 (𝑵𝑨𝑴𝑪𝑶𝑺)

𝐄𝐗𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐑𝐒

As proposed earlier, all newly elected executives in the department of mass communication under the leadership of Sen. Joshua Adejare Adeyeye met with all lecturers of the department yesterday Monday, 26th July 2022.



The executives visited Alh. Fatiu Olohungbebe, Departmental Staff Adviser. He welcomed them and charged them to be good and worthy of emulation role model to other students. He also advised them to come up with new ideas and innovations that will keep the departmental flag flying, and also distinguish them positively from other departments in the institution.


They moved further to the office of Part-time Students Coordinator, Mrs. Opaleke who welcomed all the executives in attendance and encouraged them to stand out academically and also in the field of students union they've been saddled with. Miss Ife who is also a Departmental Lecturer added to Mrs Opaleke encouragement by telling the executives to work with uppermost diligence and commitment in their respective offices.



Moving forward, the executives visited Mr. Ibrahim A.F. He appreciated the executives for their visit and told them to work with diligence and have humanity at heart, making it their top priority as it's the key to success.


Mr. Yisa I. welcomed the newly elected executives in his office. He received them with excitement and told them, student leadership requires a lot of sacrifices and lot of things to bring to the table to run a successful administration.



The executives met with Mr. Olufadi Ayuba, Olufadi advised all executives to be a good ambassador of the department both in and outside of the polytechnic. Olufadi talked further to advise the executives to build on existing projects and come up with new ones that will also be of good benefits to all students of the department.



The visit was concluded with a visit to Mallam Abass's office. Mallam advised all executives to serve as a good example to other students both in mass communication, and the entire institution at large. "You all are the student representatives, whatever actions you take will be regarded as the actions of the entire students in the department of mass communication, be a good ambassador" he said
