ARA GAS VENDORS LAMENTS OVER LOW PATRONAGE
By: Afon Samuel Adegoke
Ara community gas vendors expresses grievances over low patronage from residents in recent days.
In an interview with a vendor in the community, Mr. Shola Sherrif, he stated that he traced to low patronage to the establishment of new restaurants in the community which has resulted in students going to fill their bellies in these restaurants other than cooking.
He furthered that most of the villagers in the community do not know how to handle gas cookers and due to holiday most students are not around and it has had a great impact on their sales negatively.
However, Mr. Shola made it clear that he hopes sales increases again after school resumes fully and also, villagers get educated on how to make use of cooking gas so as to improve gas sales rate in the community.
