 Assistant Superintendent of Police kidnapped in Ilorin rescued.

The Kwara state police command says the Kidnapped Assistant superintendent of Police , ASP, Abdulmumini Yusuf has been rescued.


This was disclosed in a statement signed by the police public relations officer PPRO, ASP Okasanmi Ajayi.


Yusuf, who is attached to the IGP Monitoring team was on Monday kidnapped by Unknown gunmen in Ogidi community of Ilorin west local government.


He was rescued this morning in a bush near Kwara and Oyo state.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.
