 BE FAITHFUL TO GOD: CLERIC ADVISE MUSLIMS

The chief imam of yakuba central mosque,ALH MUSA ISALE KOTO, in his sermon at the central mosque located at yakuba area, ilorin has enjoyed Muslim to be faithful to God.


 The chief imam while delivering jumat lecture said "Be faithful to your God as we celebrate Maolud Nabiyy", he further mentioned that Trials are given to test out faith but it can be difficult while looking at others whom we think are having it easier than we do.


" Your journey will often be distracted by people's opinions, don't let it consume you, be honest with yourself, purify your intention, it makes easier for you to handle what others think"


He enjoined Muslims to be fervent in prayers and live their lives like prophet Muhammad, his sohabah and other pious cleric.


He further described the death of Sheikh Abdulganiy Aboto Al-Adaby as a huge loss to the Muslim community and ilorin as a whole. In his statement he said Sheikh Aboto was a righteous cleric who groomed and touched many lives from far and wide. The cleric died without a house, leaving two wives and 17 children in a rented apartment. He was also reported to have left a paltry 13,500 naira in his bank account. Alh Musa urged the Muslim ummah to be good to their neighbour, and families.

   "Man makes provisions for hundred years little do we know what will happen to us either now or tomorrow" may Allah forgive our sins, lead us to him, and grant us jannah. He said.
