 Biada, Gaa-Akanbi community laments over damage bridge.

The residents of Biada community Gaa-Akanbi Ilorin, appeal to the State Government to construct their damaged bridge.


In an interview with a resident Mr Femi Areoye, who lives in Biada community said the bridge is the only way that lead to their various homes, churches, mosques, schools, market and lots more.



He however plead to kwara State Government to come to their aide, before the bridge gets out of hand.

    Bridge,gulter, road,all are part of our movement, state governor, senators, house of representatives, and house of assembly we're plead you all to consider our problems in our state.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety.
