The Liberian kwara state polytechnic, Dr. Shuaib Agboola Olaroungbe, implore student to make use of the library, he added that since he has been appointed as the new polytechnic Liberian in July,2022 he has noticed that students do not usually come to the library to read as he expected and he is aware that exam is fast approaching that this is the time student do come to the library.


He further that since he noticed students find it difficult to come to the library, he has been looking for a way to to tackle it, he is proposing to create a conducive library space for the library user, with the help of technology, because he noticed there is no space that can accommodate the library user at a time.



Shuaib said that there are some challenges the library is facing, that they are short of staffs, and he is waiting for approval from the management for them to employ those that have Liberian Ship training.


He furthered charged the students to make proper use of the library because it is the important unit of the institution, and if there is anything the students noticed about the library that makes them not to come, they should feel free to come and discuss it with those in charge.

By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.
