 Burglar apprehended at Sabo-Oke

Residents of Sabo-Oke, in Ilorin metropolis on Wednesday midnight apprehended a burglar along Alalubose area, Sabo-Oke axis, Kwara State. 



The young man of age 22 was said to have been caught by the community guards while he was trying to escape after he had boggled a shop.


According to an eye witness, it was said that the young man whose name was not disclosed has been routing that particular area for long but he met with waterloo on Wednesday.



After rounds of torture and inflictions of pains the thieve opened up that he engages in such act due to joblessness and lack of food.


Information gathered revealed that he has been legally handed over to the police for proper prosecution.

By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.
