 CCE OFFER AWARD OF EXCELLENCE TO DIRECTOR OFFICERS

       The institution of centre for continuing Education ( CCE ) presents a maiden lecture and honor of award of excellence to the former directors and current principal officer of the polytechnic on 6th, October 2022, which take place at Admiral Mohammed Lawal Auditorium in Kwara poly main campus 

      The former directors officer chief J. O Ogunsola, Dr. F A J Bello, late Dr. E B Bolaji, Prof. E T Otunola, Mrs. O O Ajibade, Engr. A Aminu, Mr. Moshood A Rasaq, Dr. Mrs. H N Adam, Alh. Olayinka Ibrahim were given award of excellence for their contribution to CCE department during their tenure in the polytechnic



      The registrar, Dr. Prince Kolawole Seye Akande was presented an award of excellence for contribution toward the development of the centre, in a statement with the registrar he recalled that in 2019 he met only (4) deputy registrar and to the support of the rector the deputy registrar is now (14) and he appreciates the chairman council,Honourable Ibrahim Musa (aka Budosar) public council, member management, staff and entire students of the prestigious Institution.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

KWASU LUNCH 40 NEW SHUTTLE BUSES

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety. Prof. Mustapha said the buses will begin it operation today onward with ticket policing in which the charges of transport within campus is #30 while from TARMAC to school premises is #50.
