 Governor Abdulrahman promise to complete Tunde Idiagbon flyover bridge in Ilorin by December

The Flyover Bridge, designed to ease the age long heavy traffic along University of Ilorin and the adjoining residential and hostel areas is one of the major projects of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq administration. 


It was reported that the of governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq is still on track towards the completion of the General Babatunde Idiagbon Flyover Bridge.


It was reported that Effort have been doubled towards the completion of the project.,adding that Work is going as planned and the scheduled date for completion remain December 23, 2022 as promised by the Kwara state Government.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety.
