 Illegal Connection affecting community electricity - Agbede president

President of Agbede Community, Senator Yusuf Ahmed On Wednesday warned resident of the community to stop illegal connection of the electricity from the pole directly. 


The President in an interview said some houses whose light have been disconnected find means to reconnect illegally which according to him is one of the major causes of electricity problem in the community.


Speaking further, he warned that any household caught in the act will face the consequences, adding that the members of the union are working towards resolving the issue of no electricity in the community, which according to them will be solved very soon.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof.
