 Ilu Tuntun community decried over bad road.

Residents and motorists of ilu Tuntun, Yakuba, ilorin kwara State, lamented over the deplorable state of road in the area and its attendant hardship on the people living the community.


In an interview with one of the resident, Barakat Ajao, stated that lack of proper drainage caused lot of chaos and it affecting the health and well-being of the people.


Further more, a motorist Badmus Abdulrasheed said, the bad road damage residents vehicles, and its also affecting the business owners.


He however, appealed to kwara state government to find a lasting solution to the problem.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety. Prof. Mustapha said the buses will begin it operation today onward with ticket policing in which the charges of transport within campus is #30 while from TARMAC to school premises is #50.
