 Kwara Gov hails Yahya Seriki on birthday anniversary

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has congratulated Ambassador Yahya Seriki on his birthday anniversary, calling him an excellent party man whose sacrifices are well-noticed and appreciated.


In a statement at the weekend, the Governor acknowledged the many sacrifices of the APC chieftain and businessman, and his support for the party at all times. 


“On behalf of the people and government of Kwara State, I celebrate with my brother Amb. Yahya Seriki and his family, while wishing him many more years of God’s abundant grace and good health,” the statement added.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety.
