 KWARA PDP WOMEN SHUT DOWN ILORIN, RALLY SUPPORT FOR SARAKI,

 Earlier today, the Women wing of Kwara state people's democratic party, (PDP) led thousands of women on a poweful city rally in support of Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki's leadership as well as PDP in the state  


The women march, which commenced at the party's secretariat in Tanke Junction, Ilorin was led by the state capacity women leader, Hajia Risikatu Abdullahi and her team who rallied in notable areas of Ilorin, the state capital. 



The women in their thousands also shut down major streets, highways, and markets across Ilorin metropolis to drum support for the party as well as raise public awareness towards Abdulrazaq's 3 years misgovernance in Kwara state and why Kwara must be rescued from the hands of the Mediocre -led administration come 2023.



While marching with several inscriptions describing Bukola Saraki as a gender friendly leader who has seen to empowerments of women in key policy areas, the women also called on citizens to consider the hunger and hardships created by APC government in the state in the last 3 years and ensure none of them is allowed to return in 2023,

women chanted and they processed peacefully around the city of Ilorin.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

KWASU LUNCH 40 NEW SHUTTLE BUSES

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety. Prof. Mustapha said the buses will begin it operation today onward with ticket policing in which the charges of transport within campus is #30 while from TARMAC to school premises is #50.
