The Director General of the Advertising regulatory council of Nigeria (ARCON), Dr. Olalekan Fadolapo compensated the winner of the Advertising pitching and presentation of department of mass communication students, Higher National Diploma (HND1) with automatic serving their fathers land with the regulating body after their HND program in any state within the country.


He compensated them through the representative from ARCON in Ilorin via a telephone conversation between the Director General and the representative.

,adding that All the presenter for the winning group of the pitch-a-ton competition exercise will be awarded to serve in any state of their choice with ARCON.

The name of the winning presenters are, she lets kehinde, oladipo atinuke Sherifat, Sunday ajisafe, abdulmumin Bolaji, Josephine akinnawonu

By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof.
