 Kwarapolite applauds Rector for providing free WiFi

Kwara state polytechnic students have applauded the immediate and new administration of the Polytechnic for providing a Network operation center (NOC) for students and staff to browse freely while on campus

The service is based on network-free wifi for students and staff of Kwarapoly to browse while on campus. It was established in 2019 under the administration of the former rector Dr. Mashood Elelu for students and staff to benefit from it.

Mr. Oluwakorede Olalere, a network engineer at the Network Operation Center (NOC) share his view with newsmen earlier on Tuesday that, “people are turning up to the center to research, learn, browse unlike before whereby only few student and staff knew about the center as more awareness has been going round the campus."

The Engineer made it known that while registering at the center, students of Kwarapoly need to come along with their online payment or ID card and staff must come along with their School ID as a means of identification, he also added that the  registration is cost-free

Abdulmumeen Hakeem, A student of Computer science, Kwarapoly ilorin, praises Kwarapoly rector Dr. Abduljimoh Muhammad and his administration for all their good work throughout the institution.

Hakeem said, “that the center is an opportunity giving to all bonafide students and staff to learn and research more without any data subscription on their devices, he advise the student to follow all the rules and regulations set by the institution and shun any bad behavior and denounce any form of cultism".
