The the chairman of Kwara state Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) Dr. Abdulatif Yusuf, enlighten kwara state polytechnic mass communication HND 1 student on advertising and how to run a successful campaign at the presentation held at the school auditorium on Thursday 13 of October 2022.


In his speech, he made it known that every student of mass communication HND level is opportune to be an advertising agent under ARCON after their service, as they are self employed automatically. He also added that all they need do is to pick up upgrading form after graduating to be a practitioner under ARCON.


He furthered by educating the students on the standard of ARCON when it comes to advertising and how to start a campaign.

By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety.
