 KwaraPoly: Cafe Owners complains about low patronage due to vacation

Cafes Owners in Kwara State Polytechnic on Wednesday complained over low patronage which according to them is as a result of students on holiday. 


In an interview with one of the cafe owners, Mr samuel Bolakale, lamented that before the holiday, he makes 20-30 thousand naira daily, but during this time he makes 5-10 naira thousand on a daily bases .


He however expressed delight as students will be resuming soon, saying his business will be back on track.

    Yes they will have low patronage because school has been on strike for good eight to nine months and mostly source of income to them, it will affect them seriously. I hope they will gladly for school resumption .

By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof.
