 Kwarapoly: NOC aids in our academic performance, Students commends management

Students of Kwara State Polytechnic has commended the Management of the Polytechnic for the establishment of the Network Operating Centre (NOC) as it aid them in their academic performance. 


One of the Students, Kabirat Lawal, said whenever she has any assignment, she always go to the center to get it done. 


She however commended the management for making the center for the students to aid them in having free wifi connection in the school premises. 


The Network Operating Center allows student get access to free WIFI to enhance their learning during their two year programme on Campus.


Only duly registered student of the institution with evidence of their online payment slip are granted access to the facility strictly for academic purpose.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

KWASU LUNCH 40 NEW SHUTTLE BUSES

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety. Prof. Mustapha said the buses will begin it operation today onward with ticket policing in which the charges of transport within campus is #30 while from TARMAC to school premises is #50.
