 Kwarapoly Student trekking Federal Road in Panic

Report has it that unknown men have been ambushing the student of Kwara State Polytechnic passing through the popular shortcut called Federal Road.

Federal Road serve as trekkable shortcut between Eleko and Kwarapoly Campus for students but has recently become unsafe for passers-by.

A victim of the Ambush, Olabisi Rosheedat shared her ordeal with these unknown men in an interview, she said the scene happened in the early hours of the day on her way to school with two friends of hers, stating that an unknown man appeared in front of her with a knife and request for her bag, in panic her friends ran away and she was left alone, and had no choice but to succumb and he forcefully collected her bag and dissappeared into the bushes nearby before the arrival of people to the scene.

In an interview with Mr Nurudeen Abdulfatai, a farmer. He claimed that the ambush have become rampant in the recent days, and they call the attention of the school management to help look into this unlawful act and put a permanent stop to it.
