 Lajolo residents call out for help to get new transformer

Residents and Student residing at Lajolo Village, Kwara State has called out for help from the Kwara State Government to get a new transformer for them as the one they had exploded four weeks ago. 


One of the Residents, Alhaji Saadu Oloko said the community have been able to contribute some token from their reaches but has not reach the needed amount. 


He however appealed to the governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahmon AbdulRazak to please assist the community to get another transformer for the residents of the community.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety.
