 Students moan over increment of hostel fee in Ara village:

     It has been a topic of discussion in the of Ara how increment of hostel fee affects the students staying in Ara.

   

  The economy of the country is not friendly that has actually affected every individual which is known to the landlords as well, Ezekiel Bukola lament on the increment without any renovatives, single rooms of 35 thousand is now 55 thousand and self contain of 60 thousand is now 100 thousand .

 

    Ezekiel furthermore explained that landlords do not increase it because of staylites rather the freshers as they had given order that every staylites should vacate from their rooms if they can't pay stipulated amount.

    

We plead to the landlords to help us look inward to the price and consider the staylites can't afford the money

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

KWASU LUNCH 40 NEW SHUTTLE BUSES

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety. Prof. Mustapha said the buses will begin it operation today onward with ticket policing in which the charges of transport within campus is #30 while from TARMAC to school premises is #50.
