 Ogbondoroko resident decried over electricity breakdown

The resident of ogbondoroko community has lamented over breakdown on electricity supply, in an interview with chairman of Ogbondoroko Temidire Asa local government, mr Rafiu Awoye disclosed that the community transformer broke down month ago.


He further explained that, the reason for the transformer breakdown was overloading,stated that other communities depends on the transformer, he decried that this has caused setbacks for business owners and welders in the community.


He however call on the state Government to come to their aide.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety.
