 Rehabilitate our bad road, onisapa community decried

The resident of Abati/Alara ward local 

government of kwara state had urge the kwara state government Mallam abdulrahman Abdulrasaq to help them rehabilitate their bridge situated onisapa along old jebba road.


According to newsmen the secretary of the community Mallam Abdulkareem said that the situation of the bridge had seriously affected the economic of the community.

  Speaking further,A many of the farmers find it difficult to carry their farm product to market to sell because of the bad situation of the bride and the road, and also urge the state government to please and look into the problem facing the community.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety. Prof. Mustapha said the buses will begin it operation today onward with ticket policing in which the charges of transport within campus is #30 while from TARMAC to school premises is #50.
