 Resident of Oke Odo Appeal To government Towards Completion Of Road Project

 People living around Balogun street of oke odo, have lamented and at the same time appealed to kwara state government for the completion of an abandoned road project of the street .. 


During an interview session with Mr Rafiu Ganiu,a resident, he said the road project started on the 24th of March , 2022 . In which the contractor company handling the project just work for a week and since then there has not been work going on.


He further said , now that ASUU strike has been called off and students will start resuming , it will be more stressful for residents.


He therefore plead to the Government to help them hasten the construction of the road.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety.
