The heavy rains fall recently as wiped away the bridge that linked the two community.

According to the residents, the bridge as served as a short cut for anyone moving from check point to Airport, without having to pass the express road, which serves as a long route.

It was said that this is not the first time the bridge will be broken, therefore there is need to give the bridge a solid fix.

In an interview with one of the resident Mathew Blessing, he said the bridge was not strong enough for motorbikes but many members of the community with motorbikes won't stop passing on the bridge with their motorbikes, though there was a time the bridge was made both for cars, motorbikes and those walking through the bridge but the recent made one which got wiped away cannot.

According to Pastor Tom, the resident pastor of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Wind of Change Paris in his statement Said that the church is also working on fixing the bridge as the church is the closest to the bridge and when it rains on Sunday mornings, some members of the church find it difficult to attend the service except by going on the long route, never the less the church proposed action does not stop the community in doing what they intent to do.
