Residents, Students of Dangiwa community bewails over power failure

Residents and Students residing at Dangiwa community, Ilorin East Local Government of Kwara State has bewailed over lack of electricity in the area.
In an interview with Mr Oyebade Kehinde, a residents in the community said because of power outage, most businesses in the community has crumbled, which results to unemployment of many traders that makes money from their respective homes.
Another resident, Miss Omolara Ajibola, who is also a student of Kwara State Polytechnic, also complained over students academic failure due to lack of electricity supply to read at night, charging of electronic gadgets, ironing of their clothes and uniforms.
She added that students do miss necessary information oases across through their WhatsApp group because they are unable to access their phones at the right time.
The residents however appealed to the government for their urgent intervention over electricity restoration in the community, which according to them will make the environment more conducive to live.
