 Students complains over the increasement in house rent

Students of Ben Villa, Ara Community has complained over the sudden increments in house tents by the landlords from Forty-Five to Fifty-Five thousand naira.


During an interview with one of the tenant, Balogun Michealsaid the landlord has increase the house rent due to the inflation in the country and also because of the pumping machine that the house have.


He stated further that the landlord explained that the ten thousand naira added fee is for the maintenance of the houses and anyone that cannot afford it should pack out. 


According to report, the hostel is a single room.

    So true, i think the reason for this is not really the resources the house possess, I think the landlords/Landlady are just not be considerate, they all blame the situation of the country, meanwhile the house they've built even before the Country situation. I pray God deliver us from them all

    At least with the situation of our country we are not to inconvenient the poor in the nation.why the increment? They are self centered they don't make mention of how to make electric light stable for some months now student are not enjoying light.

    I can't imagine a single room increased from fourty to fifty thousand naira, a room without ceiling fan and water, what's so special about the house?

By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.
