 The resident of Ara community ilorin ,kwara state, has lamented bitterly over the lack of power supply in the community. 


According to the source, Mrs. Abdulsalam Oluwatobiloba,who also resides in ara said that years back, power supply is good in Ara but not now it is so disheartening.



 She future stressed that, it is affecting  businesses , especially  those selling frozen food ,which  has result to loss in the business,adding that for more than a month now the electricity has not been regulated in the community .


Mrs Abdulsalam disclosed that non of the community residents knows the cause for the electricity failure ,she how ever urge the government to come to their aid.

 Lack of waste bin cause water pollution in Sahoo, residents decried. By: Muhammad Sanni Aisha  fauziyat Qozeem a resident of sahoo said people dump waste product inside the river in sahoo, particularly the villagers at night. Fauziyat further stated that the dumping of waste products inside the river, had caused water pollution in the area, and makes the community looks unkept. She however appeal to kwara state government, and all stakeholders in the community to provide them a suitable waste-bin, and urge the residents to make proper use of it when it provided.

  By Mariam Abdulkareem Kwara State University, Malete facilitates the transport system with (40) forty new shuttle buses to convey Students on campus as the varsity set to complete it's smart city hostel that has the capacity to accommodate nothing less than five thousand Students. KWASU Vice Chancellor, prof. Muhammad Mustapha Akanbi on the 31st of January, 2022 Commissioned the project and unveil the new buses today in name of KWASU administrators, Students and the committee incharge of the buses maintenance and safety.
