 Traders at Oja-oba calls on Government attention over improper dumping of refuse.

The traders of Oja-oba Ilorin west local government area of kwara state spoke last week saturday after their monthly sanitation

It was reported that the population of the marketers and residents of oja oba is more compared to what a single waste vehicle can manage. 

Speaking with newsmen,Abdul kareem sherifat a pepper seller said that the waste bin is not sufficient for the refuse adding that it has been affecting their sales and thier health. 


However , an okada rider said that the beggars sees the opportunity of the refuse to defecate and dump them among the refuse.

 

Mr lateef also said that Mismanagement of the waste bin can lead to diseases that can affect the life of all.


The Government and the waste management of the state's attention is urgently needed to curb the situation and put it under control.
