The Managing Director of Kenkid Lands and Contracts and Developer of Prime City,Ara; Kenkid Ayoola has said that he wants to make luxury affordable for the lower class.

He made this known at the motion of unveiling some of of his newly built estate to the Realtors in ara community.

Speaking further The purpose of unveiling the estate is to make luxury affordable for the lower class and to balance off the housing deficit in Nigeria, adding that People want to live a luxury life,a place with great facilities but don’t have money to afford it.

Kenkid disclosed that reason for this move came up with this first estate in Ara,Moro Local Government area of Kwara State,emphasizing that they are selling at the rate below the value,just to comfort the lower class to also enjoy luxury.

It was reported that over three hundred hostels (completed and ongoing) at Ara and students are still finding it difficult to get hostel to stay cause of the population of students living in Ara,adding that sixty percent of Kwara State Polytechnic Students are living in Ara because of its stable electricity,adequate security and proximity to the campus. 

Prime City is located at Ara,Moro Local Government,Kwara State. It is closer to Kwara State Polytechnic and University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital.
